 How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can then use to check its current status. Please allow up to 7 days for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate. Rest assured, we always aim to respond to emails within 48-72 hours or less.

Where is my order?

Rest assured, we have you covered! If you have not received you order within the time frame given at checkout, then please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can help. You have up to 7 business days to do this. We will then escalate the issue with the relevant courier service. Once the courier has confirmed that your order has been lost, we can either get a replacement sent to you, or refund the order amount.

Where is the rest of my order? 

If you have purchased multiple items from Curiously Kawaii, we may provide multiple tracking links to avoid damages during transit and customs delays. We always try our best to combine your items into single parcels but occasionally, items are shipped out separately due to size and weight restrictions, and to reduce shipping costs. In either case, you will be able to track each individual item in real time. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail after the recorded delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Curiously Kawaii is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds & Returns 

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, you only have to pay the shipping back to us. You MUST contact us within 14 days after successfully receiving the item to file for a refund if you have any complaints/concerns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure you provide the email address associated with the order, describe the issue and include photos where possible. We always aim to respond within 1-3 business days.

Please note, before requesting a return it's important to get in touch for further instruction on how to do this. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Damages and issues

Curiously Kawaii strives for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at or use the 'Contact Us' page to get in touch. Please make sure you provide the email address associated with the order, describe the issue and include photos where possible. We always aim to respond within 3 business days.

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds for simple matters of ordering a wrong size or changing your mind.

The only exception to this is if there is proof the wrong item was sent or was damaged/flawed in some way. In this case, we will happily reship you the correct item completely free of charge. Or, if the item is out of stock, we will refund you! Satisfaction guaranteed!

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancelling your order

Cancelling an order is almost never possible unless it's within the first hour after purchasing, so please ensure you purchase with confidence and certainty!
We start automatically processing orders within the first 30-60 minutes here at Curiously Kawaii, we're very efficient, and pride ourselves on that to YOUR benefit!
